Sunrise Performance Team
We have recently started a performance team to create a challenging environment for our best students to prepare them for league matches, tournaments and eventually to fight for a place in the county team.
This is an invitational group and for future applications, we are setting up a selection process to make sure only the ones who really want to compete will get into the team.
In this group, independent work and good focus are musts.
Anyone who would like to join, they should join other regular training groups of the network first (5-10 occasions), so Coach Frank can observe their working attitude, independence, and current skills.
