Our training has 2 main components:

The first is the MINDSET. We believe this is the most important and also the hardest to get prepared to and yet the most beneficial for children as this knowledge aims beyond sport.

The second is Techniques and Tactics. We believe that only a clear mind, without fears and doubts can learn proper movements and stay safe while maximising the athletic performance.

~ 30 mins of free play

~ 15 mins of 2 against 1 in rotation to also practice with Frank

~ 10 mins of free game to play singles with an optional partner

~ 40 mins of kings game, matches in rotation to also practice with Frank

~ 30 mins of directed matches on half-court while practising the dropshot and the counting of the game, rotation after a game so all of them could play a match against Frank
